By using the Site or communicating with us electronically, you consent to receive notices and communications electronically. Such communications satisfy legal requirements for written notice.

Account transfer is not permitted. Ethan AI may suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion.

Parents and guardians remain fully responsible for supervision, care decisions, and responses to alerts generated by the Service.
